Notice Period Issues
My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Can I join new company will 2 weeks are left to complete notice period in current company? can new company know about this? How can I tackle and get out of this situation?

Horrible place to work. Both the so called Co owners are illiterate and wants to build an empire like Facebook but treats all the employees like slave.
