The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that has markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is recent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

If you are working on Knightfrank’s payroll then 1. On time salary 2. Allowances travel, rent etc. ( if all negotiated on mail before joining.) 3. No much workload

Dislikes

1. Less increments 2. You will get annual bonuses only if company is getting more from client than they are paying to you 3. No Saturday/ alternate Saturday off. Required to site team due to hectic travelling as sites are at remote locations. 4. Office team will not involve site team in any activity like team outings, office party etc.
