If you are working on Knightfrank’s payroll then
1. On time salary
2. Allowances travel, rent etc. ( if all negotiated on mail before joining.)
3. No much workload
1. Less increments
2. You will get annual bonuses only if company is getting more from client than they are paying to you
3. No Saturday/ alternate Saturday off. Required to site team due to hectic travelling as sites are at remote locations.
4. Office team will not involve site team in any activity like team outings, office party etc.
Training for skill development and application needed. For PMS people working on site specifically in Industrial area far away from residential area required at least alternate Saturday off.
They are not supporting regarding our salaries , if our client refuses to pay our salary they also say no to us interns of salary, Even they are not providing job security , worst experience with knight frank

Worst compensation & benefits ever saw in PMC. Ex - If you working at 100rs, they will ask to come at 70rs instead of negotiations at 120rs
