Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

1. Less increments 2. You will get annual bonuses only if company is getting more from client than they are paying to you 3. No Saturday/ alternate Saturday off. Required to site team due to hectic travelling as sites are at remote locations. 4. Office team will not involve site team in any activity like team outings, office party etc.

Company policies are not clarified, unless you search, ask and fight for implementation Job is safe till you won't complain about the things happening Worst compensation & benefits ever saw in PMC. Ex - If you working at 100rs, they will ask to come at 70rs instead of negotiations at 120rs
