Knest was a good company 3 years back.

Dislikes

Work Culture destroyed only politics remained. External Advisor is selfish and work with perception and management listens to them blindly. Management does not check evidence or data, they take decision blindly based on external advisor's advise. There is no value at Knest for loyal and hardworking employees, only employees buttering there bosses gets promoted there since that generates value according to Knest culture.

Plant is full of non-technical & conservative mind set people, very difficult to work with old employees & in toxic atmosphere, after a certain period it will feel regret to yourself, no skill development & no utilization of your experience & knowledge, which will affect your coming future badly.

Growing Organisation with good work life balance.

Dislikes

Remuneration could be better and 6 days a week working should be discontinued. Company should consider giving atleast 2 saturdays off in a month to imrpove work life balance of employees, it would increase the overall working efficiency and happiness index of all employees.

The 3 Directors are fantastic leaders with clear vision to achieve the goal. Knest is an Industry expert. The working culture is great in Mumbai and colleagues are really friendly and extremely supportive. The boss is always here to support and guide. Work life balance is great as I'm more into field sales. The culture is one of the best in all of my career. working and handling Builders and Developers is really easy as here they have best in class self innovated product and technology. Covering 80% of market clients. You get to attend lots of Exhibitions and Events and get to learn a lot about the industry and experts.

Dislikes

Some of the colleagues from plant are really rude sometimes and no proper communication + No Incentives/ sales they should really start giving incentives as it works as a motivation for every sales person.
