I took the bait then they wanted me to start before actual joining data and that to free of cost. Well I did that also but with a cost then boon one day I am pulled in meeting along with Alex, Swapna and Shweta stating that under the clause of 4.4 I have been terminated. I did ask for the reasons they said I didn't fit into culture and I have been questioning a lot about the company. That's funny because they can do a background check and we can't. If you don't have any options do join them but without any hopes. While joining they will say that we will be converting this position to FTE but it never happens as it is easy for them to terminate the candidate because they are not serious they are just doing it to make their brand role.
