...u have to make calls outbound not necessarily to us healthcare companies CONS 1. Less salary given to fresher 2. 1 time food is given but quality is poor 3. They always make you to do overtime without payment and will deduct salary if you take more than 1 leave 4. Leaves are not given even for genuine reason and they have sandwich leave policy like you have taken unplanned leave on Friday then Saturday Sunday and Friday 3 days salary will be deducted. 5. If you are in payment posting you only have day shift with much less salary 5. If you are in account receivable than you always have to do graveyard night shift and shift will not change it remains permanent night shift and no extra allowance is provided. Final verdict - if you are not successful in life and wants to live a sedentary lifestyle with meagre amount of money you can join this company Don't join, 3rd class company to work, toxic management With 12 pass qualifications can apply in this field

If you see your future in medical billing and very ambitious about it, this company will help you change your career goals, fields and passion. Would kill your passion, lose all work life balance and would help you go into depression and have panic attacks. Shellfish management and no word for employee care as they basically don't care.

Bad environment of company. Overload of work pressure on employee they extend the shifts also they dont give extra pay or OT to employees. HR manager Sonia is very manner less lady she dont have etiquette how to talk and solve the concerns of employees. I will never recommend to anyone for the Knack global in jaipur and mohali.both locations.

Pressure on employees. Also they dont have the strong policies for the employee benifits. They dont give promotions on time.

Nothing but only salary is quite ok for the old employees not for the new joiners.

Everything except salary. Management nill Senior cooperation Zero Process handling zero Office activities for only new joiners and for photo post on social platforms No incentives Zero work life balance Zero job security,appraisal and promotion

Culture was good when I was started job.. but slowly slowly it had been convert in truble..

Dislikes

Daily extend for 3 -4 hours without pay. Training was not good. And now all old employee has been left office and only new employee are working here..
