Dont know where to start. Cafeteria 0 star always crowd cant find a seat for meals. Work Culture 0 star as Managers like Divesh Kumar, Rajiv Bhatt think that they are everybody's father. No talking sense, no managerial ethics, rude behaviour, cheap habits towards female employees

Good on job training, salary and appraisal are really good. Friendly work environment.

Dislikes

Little bit politics and cell phones are not allowed in the company and you are not allowed to go out of office promises during work hours.

...u have to make calls outbound not necessarily to us healthcare companies CONS 1. Less salary given to fresher 2. 1 time food is given but quality is poor 3. They always make you to do overtime without payment and will deduct salary if you take more than 1 leave 4. Leaves are not given even for genuine reason and they have sandwich leave policy like you have taken unplanned leave on Friday then Saturday Sunday and Friday 3 days salary will be deducted. 5. If you are in payment posting you only have day shift with much less salary 5. If you are in account receivable than you always have to do graveyard night shift and shift will not change it remains permanent night shift and no extra allowance is provided. Final verdict - if you are not successful in life and wants to live a sedentary lifestyle with meagre amount of money you can join this company Don't join, 3rd class company to work, toxic management With 12 pass qualifications can apply in this field

If you see your future in medical billing and very ambitious about it, this company will help you change your career goals, fields and passion. Would kill your passion, lose all work life balance and would help you go into depression and have panic attacks. Shellfish management and no word for employee care as they basically don't care.

Bad environment of company. Overload of work pressure on employee they extend the shifts also they dont give extra pay or OT to employees. HR manager Sonia is very manner less lady she dont have etiquette how to talk and solve the concerns of employees. I will never recommend to anyone for the Knack global in jaipur and mohali.both locations.

Pressure on employees. Also they dont have the strong policies for the employee benifits. They dont give promotions on time.
