Dislikes

Workplace stinks, no proper cleaning and forget about hygiene. Company work policy and employee related policies must be transparent. No flexibility of wfh, and company do not provide sufficient leaves.

Likes

Dinner is good , day vendor is very not ok. Cab is good. But coordination is bad. Hr's are good but admin is ....need improvement...what can I say. Job is secure even client left . Good canteen area. Liberty in breaks.... screen time record but nobody takes serious is good until issues.

Dislikes

Filtered work sheet to the shoe likers n good appraisal to them. Worst work to the rest of the team. Politics in every team. Nashedi boys n girls. No work life balance. No overtime payment. High targets so, employees do more working hours to met targets and get nothing in extending shift.
