1.Efforts are going unnoticed of the staff even the work done of another person. 2.Fake promises by department management to staff just for finish their work. 3.Giving direct threat regarding the appraisal to the staff.

Likes

HR policies and welfare of employees is good, Timely salary, Good corporate culture and work environment. Organization Management is very good and having excellent vision towards future.

Dislikes

Only problem is values only 1st tier management (GM and above ) and there is no value for opinion or input of others at all. There is no specific roles n responsibilities as regardless of your job, you have to do whatever your incharge says whether it is your job or not.

...ncepts much better . Higher Management is very supportive in cohesive decisions. Salary is received every month. All the benefits are reaped by the employees only when their department head is supportive & understanding.

It is not just about KMV Projects, but the complete industry has no work life balance hope the new HR team works on it. Appreciate the new HR initiates to keep employees refreshed and be more productive.
