Salary hikes are low it takes approx 1.5 yr to give an appraisal. Appraisal are nowadays biased based on Manager. Employees who can do proper buttering can rise high. You need to be a cynosure of your manager.

I have enjoyed working here , loved the environment ,supporting seniors , it was a contract based job, so i had to leave the company after contract period, would like to work again in future......

This is my personal opinion for freshers KMG is one of the best companie to star there career with. There are a lot of things to learn and if you need your basics to be strong for a better future with lot's of new opportunities then you will get all of them under a single roof while being a part of KMG.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management is not capable to address our issues. Salary you will get is less then peanuts with this in addition there is a very slow rate of career growth. They work on the basics of there own tradition which is already set by the superiors. In which on the job training is not included in the entire procedure for any of the new joiners.

Best place to do job. This is a company where no one fired during covid-19. Managers and co workers are so helping and polite, Sometimes we had to do more work but if u are a professional u have to bear it. I got two times appraisal in same year because they do care for their employees.

Not Provide appraisal on time , they try to tied their employee in term of providing late increment / appraisal of about 8 months. in term of facility they provide nothing but only insurance of 2 lacks applicable only for serious hospitalization.
