The company is growing. Like the product of the company are going to grow like we are going to make Washing Machine soon

The company is almost good. whenever there is raw material there is a lot of work load, work pressure and whenever there is no raw material there are unpaid holidays. There are usually 3 to 8 holidays every month. the worst thing is that there is no senior management for 5 months, like there is no production manager and there is no quality manager

i joined KMC electronics Pvt Ltd in november 2016 for new product Development like that lighting product (Bulb,Tube light ,Panel Light ,Flood Light & street light ) ,mobile charger (300mA,500mA,1000mA),Induction cook-Top and music system (Home Theater ) .KMC give me various product for new development so i like KMC working life .

KMC Electronics is growing company. Promoter's intention is clear to grow the company but due to local issues growth is limited. Local political intervene in company internal work slow down the company growth and create an insecurity about Job or service.

Intervention of local people and political people in company internal matters and threatening.
