People on higher designation especially Md's Friend , he is not a share holder , he doesn't Know anything related to technical , just he come from Singapore , spoils the whole environment there , just by the way , that he is the one upgrading the company . But his ideas are really stupid . but our management doesn't Know anything about him , trust him a lot . for the time pass he terminate employees ( like Emsai Arasan 23am Pullikesai) with the name of Appraisal , truth is that he know nothing , just trying to act , he knows everything . Just he will implement the things which will copy from other companies and tell he is the one bring his own ideas . some of project managers working there for more than 15 years who will be very cruel in behavior with their sub ordinates , because of the family family responsibilities , everyone there will digest their stupid attitude , but they feel act as superior , they are the lord there . because of such worst people company name spoils , rather nothing its good with Md and all other there , one more Accounts department there is a guy , he also plays a dominant role there , epect his work will see all other spy work on office

Dislikes

Office staff are worst. There is nothing to learn from this firm. There is more politics within a partnership firm. No one can learn from this company. Sir's behavior is not good. They do not respect anyone. Sir looks at the girl with a bad look. No one secure of his/her future on this firm. money is more important for sir and persons are not important.
