salary is processed from time to time focus on positives rather than people employee recognition award program for employees is good

there is nothings dislike for me. but the company should reduce the 90-day notice period. in my opinion, the maximum is 30 to 45 days.

The changes brought in the company in last 1 year in terms of Transparency, culture, policy, flexibility , open environment

The current office infrastructure, we were told that they are looking into new office. Hopefully it will be done in near future

Management ask their employees to put positive and reviews on Ambition Box and Glassdoors as well as on Google.

No Job Security. Have to fight for own promotion 😂 and salary appraisals. If you write negative about the company, manager asks to delete and bully on the same time.
