Compensation & benefits are excellent......best in the class. Salary excellent... Benefits --- Canteen, PF , Timely supplier payments etc

Dislikes

The decision making is governed and executed by a hand full few....very bad situation....ones growth is hampered. Internal politics among the Top few is disturbing & affects all others too. Work life balance is a big bluff....every employee is expected to work for 12 Hrs...leaving no family life to balance. Seems handsome salaries compensates this part of family life. Many improvement plans are pending since long and only issues that are connected with monetory benefits takes priority.

Freedom to take decisions regarding improvement in current working processes. You can give suggestions and if found appropriate, management will be happy to implement them.

Dislikes

Sometimes work-life balance gets disturbed. And ofcourse, little-bit politics.

Everything. 1) if you are engineer then I must say don't go to desma as they don't have work for engineers, even their MD is iti pass out. 2) if you are join as design engineer but after your joining if someone gone from other departments then they will transfer you to that department and of you say no then they will fire you.once they seated engineer in security cabin for security work. 3) I would suggest you that never join this company.

Micro management, Directors and Assistant Managers are enjoying the luxury of the facilities and there is conflict in management for ego satisfaction which effect the employee to perform their job. KPI are on paper. Unnecessary shouting just to show their authority. You will always be in situation of ambiguity. Directors are typically Baniya type, not well educated. Don't allow employees to work Independently. Swap your department without any formal process. Appraisal is joke you will get hike but wait for 10 - 15 years for promotion. It's like working in unorganized sector, you will dont know what is coming next.
