I truly appreciate company environment and the camaraderie among employee. Everyone is approachable and collaborative, making is wonderful place too grow and succeed. Especially. Abhisharika ma'am is incredibly supportive in every filed, sharing valuable knowledge and guidance. the team also organizes enjoyable get-together and fun activities, making every moment here memorable. Unless you have smart brain you can sustain , work culture is good each developer have to manage e 2 e projects with there own responsibilities, Management is different compare to other companies, Kloc is a good platform for learning , compensation package is good on time salary, During COVID 19 kloc didn’t let any employee, kloc support everyone including personal problems.
