Teammates good. Training is normal. Job Security is good. Career Growth is good. No proper system for Salary and performance review. no travel , learing potential are there. Work environment not encouraging. Unable to manage Wok-life balance.

Only one thing I like working at KLN TATA Motors is,the good colleagues I got.

Dislikes

Except Colleagues, I didnt like working at KLN TATA Motors. For increasing my experience (only because of name TATA Motors), I just survived. All managers doesnt have any sense on work and worst management i have ever seen. Also the working hours are more than the usual working time (even some months doesnt get any off day). There is no help from manager or even from the management side. If any small mistakes, deducting from salary(salary is not much in No.). I have struggled a lot in KLN Motors.
