All over compny CEO is very good but management part is very poor mentality. All managers are very bad mentality.

Most disliked for Hitler shahi. Second bond system is erected. Salary cutting system are very high.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Traveling Poor hr policy No feedback back from the HR related policy Food not good Treat like a labour No traveling safety and no proper time fixing to arrive and departure home to company and company to home. Security department not know how to behave with Employees

Easily you get job with job security. You can get people of your area. If you are from Raj, UP, BIHAR , GUJARAT. NOT too much work load. I got support of better people. It's upto you, how you made them yours. HOD support in family problems. Thank you so much to Vikas sir.

Culture is toxic. Below executive level people doesn't support. You can eat tobacco but you can't listen music. Still no improvement in meals. Nobody is serious about security.

QC and R&D departments are equipped with all testing equipments. Production machines & machineries are good.

The working culture is not good. The plant is not systematic. If somebody wants to make the plant systematic, top management or senior authorities will give hindrance. - Usage of obscene language in meeting. - Control of document & data is not satisfactory. - Control of records is not good. - The no of operators are lesser than requirement -Top management does not listen to the subordinates & not understand them. -Top management does not cooperate with the subordinates & not admit the proposal given by them for improvement of quality management system. -No e-mail communication & no shift report on mail etc.
