KlinEra provides freedom to learn and explore the knowledge from starting phase to end phase in your respective department. Additionally, KlinEra provides the opportunities for internal department switch on individuals wish.

... paid leaves annually is 15 leaves. HR interaction with employees are very less. KlinEra lacks in terms of market correction of salary for Historical employees.

The Company is highly inclined towards the customer satisfaction and quality delivery. Dedicated disciplined hard work always appreciated by the Management. Decision making are empowered with rightly directed flexibility. High scope of learning for the junior or less experience colleague.

Dislikes

Sometimes things are overstretched for delivery that employee get pressurized. Company policies are not adequately balanced so career growth and work-life balance impacted.

The work environment at KlinEra helps to bring out the best in the employees. It does not encourage micromanagement and imbibes the spirit of independence and ownership.

Everything. One man show. No professionalism. Only favouritism. Only favourite people of owner and few old employee can survive in this company. Not even supported during covid pandemic time.
