... paid leaves annually is 15 leaves. HR interaction with employees are very less. KlinEra lacks in terms of market correction of salary for Historical employees.

I have been working in Klinera since 8 months, I am privileged to be part of this organisation, This company provides good scope for growth and self empowerment, All staff members are cooperative and helpful in times of need and the sessions are so impressive and there is work life balanace and less work pressure

Here, there is work-life balance environment. Our company has the Easy Work - Easy Reward features. I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my career life.
