You will not have LOP if you are late for some valid reason.

...th. They will make you work on holidays also but will not provide any comp. off. At the end of the year, they will calculate your leave and deduct salary if you have taken more than 12 leave. That is really pathetic and ungrateful of them since we had worked even on holidays.

Good work culture, They will help in skill development, Good place to get trained. Good Team work will help you to have growth.

Decent Salary, Less Coordination from different departments. Should concentrate more on unity of departments.

The working atmosphere, job security, work cultural, conpany policies every thing is good.

As i heard the job appraisal is not happening every year, so it must be done every year. Working hours is 8 hours, including Saturday.

Neet and clean college. Helpful staff. Clean canteen. Amazing students.

Dislikes

Many professors irrespective of their knowledge and dedication, are asked to put down their papers in the month of April and rejoin as fresh staff from August. It happens in most of colleges. This in my opinion is an insult and no employee deserves that.
