...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is Transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent bat career is slow. Increment is also very slow. Post increments are not fixed.

We work happily in collaboration in Department section only.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is very very slow. Work pressure depends in situation.Managee Do not value an individual's unique quality or strength. Rough politics, also their is no on job training so it's became painful.

You will get good platform to learn new things.Company will give you as much as responsibilities you can handle.Good work culture, supportive Junior and seniors.If you are effective in your duties, your job is very safe.Management of company also a very kind and supportive.

Dislikes

Less wages as compared to similar organizations. No bus facility. Poor canteen service and you have pay for that.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
