Nature of company owner which makes all employee to be with him and the company inspite of all other lakunas in the top management below company owner. Company owner nature, relation and bonding with the employees is the only thing which I think is key to success and also motivates all team members to perform best of their capabilities.

Dislikes

Not appreciating new ideas generated by down the line team members rather hiding them or show on their personals names. Few top management people are not ready to change their old mindset and try to drive the things with old mindset. Insecurity reflects on top management people with every better task you perform. Should Easily Accept the change in the mindset of the team members and change happening for the good. Insecurity reflects on few of the top management people with each task you perform. Internal dirty politics and dependency on few of the too management team restricting to growth of the company. Giving more than required importance to workmen which are not even worth for it.

I like nothing bequase there was no good food to eat and one think i want to add that there no respect of temporary worker from permanant worker

Permanant workers are worst and they continually targeted to temporary employ for no reason temporary worker work there more than permanant worker

I was really like to work in this company, this have very good work culture and opportunities to grow yourself. I have very glad to work with this

I was fill very regard to live that company, but I want to tell you about what kind of dislike fill by me in that company was that mainly their was no canteen and bus facility behind that everything was all right.
