Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

When I start in KJI it looks good but after some time I realised the Company only think about there work. Company policies are not up to the mark. Company only think about there profits not even care about the employees.

Dislikes

...de the computers or laptop for a work. We arrange our laptop and desktop itself. Even they reduced our salary as well and provide extra work as well. Means at less salary they try to force us to do extra work...I will don't recommend any one about this company
