... in providing proper training to employees - (not the same for all the teams). 3)No pay during training - HR says the training will be for 1 month but some team leads in the billing module drag the training for 2 months and ends up not taking the employee. 4) company collects the Laks money to break the bond

1. Work life balance is not good 2.Except salary hike ,No other benifit there 3.For a fresher upto 1 year there is no job guarantee,if they not like you they will relive you 4. High work pressure ,ba team take tasks from client and tell to dev and QA and db team to completed in 2 days ,some times they ask to completed taks in 24 hours from high level 5.dont join in this company

Terrible experience working with the company. Cast based company that won't give opportunity to others whk join. Domination and politics should be your key skills if you wish to join the company. No policies set. You will see new policies every day and they won't be applicable to all. If you join this company you may forget your skills that you already have. Be aware!!!

Nothing is good there. No cab. No proper pay. No cafeteria. No work life balance. Nothing is there.

If you want to see bonded labour dairy firm, you can join this company - KJ means Kojja systems, they have all those kind of systems - CEO and MD are uneduced and very old minded, immature peopl - Treat you like buffole . thye use very very old technologies - Soon they are going to close company also -no personal life - if you do not belive, join and see
