I have been with this organisation for the past 9 months now. My overall experience has been alright. The management is really polite and friendly. I can choose my own time slots for the online sessions and so there is freedom to have your own schedule.

Dislikes

The only drawback, for me, has been no growth in the compensation and perks area. Even though I had cleared many demos in the beginning and had an overall good rapo with the clients.

*They provide students from time to time that keeps the session running throughout the year. We don't have to advertise for enrollment of students. *Coordinators and other seniors are polite and encouraging. * They ask for feedback from parents on the regular basis. This also help teachers in working on children in a right direction.

Dislikes

*The salary is very low here.

in music training buisness market vacancies were few trainers were already struggling with their skills and techniques and they offer free demo class saying if clients like the sessions then there will be paid sessions nri clients dont respect music trainers or their art free demo sessions they take and leave such companies and music academies which provide free trial classes should be banned

They really are soo unprofessional.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional, they gave me the joining letter and after 2 days of joining they sent me a whatsapp text saying we dont want you in the organisation. When i asked for the reason they said we can not tell the reason.

I love almost everything about it, the staff is great... One doesn't have to do sales+teaching altogether. This platform is great for teaching. There are flexible hours of working.

Dislikes

I have hardly found any dislikes in it. Just want to say Thank you Kiya Learning.
