No increments for 2 years, They also not pay performance pay. In application support management is very poor & Not supportive. Don't go for support role.

1. Salary on time. 2. They did not lay off even in covid.

1. They have variable pay. 2. They cut variable pay from employees salary and give back to us as a performance pay. 3. There is no work life balance. 4. Politics.

1. Get a lot things to learn. 2. Banking Domain. 3. My manager was good, and understanding never put pressure on us(very few in kiya.ai)

... of development still they will order you, this people is too much arrogant . 4. If you get hike and want to resign then you have to return all your incremented salary to the company. 5. If they sends you at client place then Company will reimburse hotel room money,according to them if you leave at your home then you have to pay yourself for your food then pay it at client-side as well. 6. No WFH allowed in my project you have to do WFO only. 7. Unnecessary priority created by team leads for that you have to work on Sunday. 8. No HR policies in favor of employee. don't except anything rather than your monthly salary.

No variable Pay ( 0 transparency ) No hikes appraisal ( 0 transparency) Micromanagememt Manager ( use abusive and disrespect the employee, does the employee exploitation Calls anytime no working hors protocol 9.30 to 6.30. Sends mail on saturday and sunday and expect to work on weekends also without incentive ). Company is devaluing their brand name because of such managers who exploits their people. No hybrid work culture. Atleast 2 days from home. but even after office they says go home and complete the things they want everything in one day. Attendance regularisation is the worst thing, they play worst politics and take advantage of that also.

If someone wants to learn and gain more knowledge in core development, than this company is good. Here you will have hand ok experience in core development will will help you for personal growth. If your aim is gaining knowledge and hands on then you can go ahead with this company.

Dislikes

Management is the worst. They don't follow proper process. Increment and variable pay is the worst. The company doesn't value employees.
