Sends mail on saturday and sunday and expect to work on weekends also without incentive ). Company is devaluing their brand name because of such managers who exploits their people. No hybrid work culture. Atleast 2 days from home. but even after office they says go home and complete the things they want everything in one day. Attendance regularisation is the worst thing, they play worst politics and take advantage of that also.

If someone wants to learn and gain more knowledge in core development, than this company is good. Here you will have hand ok experience in core development will will help you for personal growth. If your aim is gaining knowledge and hands on then you can go ahead with this company.

Management is the worst. They don't follow proper process. Increment and variable pay is the worst. The company doesn't value employees.

Environment is kind of good because it is in mindspace premises, so you will encounter lots of activities for employees, apart from this colleagues are good helping in nature

Payment is very less but it is on time, last working day of every month.

No increments for 2 years, They also not pay performance pay. In application support management is very poor & Not supportive. Don't go for support role.

Helping & understanding nature employee's, work blanced environment, supportive seniors, get salary on time, outing once a year from company for all,

Not much supportive HR team, no any restrooms available, no any separate canteen or food court for employees in Navi Mumbai Office, appraisal cycle is very late
