In this company nothing is there to like.

Dislikes

No compensation, no growth, if u dont achieve the target you are fired.There is no job training for freshers. Every one should make 100 calls per day no matter you achieved the target or not. They are ready to give any designation but which of no use.

Nothing as such sorry.

Dislikes

Management is a big joke here.... No one cares what's happening in branch . ..they believe people who don't have any experience into team handling. No please don't go.to.work with kixx media.... There is no future for them in Hyderabad till then they replace with better people
