They will hire interior designers and ask them to do salesman job. No scope for interior designing. No recognition for your work, insted they will compare the skill of salesmen with designers. Eg :- They will ask you to sell Silver at Dimond rates and blame us that you are not working properly. Worst work environment. No chance of learning new things from seniors. Do not expect an increase in your skills. *****"""""They don't even give a f**k when you are unhealthy even in this covid situations. You define need to come to office or else they will cut your salary."""""****** They never believe employs and think like we are liers. Some managers think that juniors are inferior to them.
