...y work then too taking higher packages. 2) No work life balance in this company. You must have to work for more than 12 hours just to get a salary increment of 2k-3k, if you don't agree on this then they will torture you and fire you. 3) They are providing salary very late every month i.e after a half more month gets completed and then giving silly reasons of banking issue. 4) Appraisals are only for Managers and higher designation employees, for rest other staff it's just 5-6% increment only. 5) ZERO job security in this company, you can be fire at anytime without giving any notice period. 6) Overall it's better to be unemployed rather then working with this company. 7) Working days are alternative sat off but they want you to work all Saturday's just because there client want you to work.

1. Uneven workload 2.No job security at all. 3.Appraisal for only uppar level management. 4. Company police keep changing every 6 months or what they need. 5.Company only run on decision and favoritism of the uppar management. 6.Pathetic Experience.

They have fixed timings, proper leaves, good earning opportunities.

Dislikes

Employees are representing an organisation so on job traing should be given to emplOyees and also emplyees should be motivate to come up with their ideas and if they have extra knowledge then ask them to present themselves with such knowledge. Notice period before leaving the job is 2 months it should be 1 month.
