No proper managemnt.Very unorganised company.Directors are confused.Cut salary for 1 min late.Factory in outskirts of ahemdabad.No respect for staff.Their behaviour and attitude as they run departmental store.No holiday for festivals.End time cancellation of festival holiday.Policies change every day in against of staff.Never go for interview in this unprofessional company.

Kitten is a 25-year-old company - it is built on hardship - if you love challenges that this is the best company to work with. It gives you the opportunity to learn, explore and grow. People who want to work within limits can complain about pressure and directors angry and many such things.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
