Most important the leadership of management. Accurate planning and implementation and that result the great success in the business and that makes the company to achieve the renowned name in the field of garments sector in all around the world.

They are not giving any support to their staff during lock down. Actually majority of staff are now job less and Company does not paying any salary.

Dislikes

They abandoned their staff when this crisis fall up on us. They don't care about their employees.
