...y issue of employees. Un cultured work environment is there so no Career growth. There is 2 yrs bond but salary growth is 1-2% only.

Nothing for likes of this company. company is very very bad for employees.. they are not clearly inform to new joiny employee regarding company policy and HR policy before joining. And Behaviors of old employees are not good for new employees. Lots off harassment here for new employees. And there's no support for work. It's mean this company and directors and old employees and it's HR policy and company policy is worthless.. Company is worthless.. not a good company

There is nothing to like in this company.they are consider employee as a slave .not keeping self respect of employees.even 3rd generation of owner family comes which are only 25 they are insulting of senior employees.There is lot of politics in this company
