Salary of lower staff comes timely (90%) time. For initial learning company is good but don't aspect any good increasement.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management dozen't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

... company. From Management to HR, Production to logistics everything is pathetic. Actually company is run by investors money, Owner and his wife took his salary every month so they don't have focus to make it a profitable company. And always busy to find new investors. Grassroots level is looser in this company. Due to lack of staff in field level, tremendous work load and pressure with minimum salary structure. Company spend more on Managers. Unnecessary post create in the senior level with Good Salary but don't bother for the required support in market. New Managers joined in this company spend Six months honeymoon period and left the company. In this six months they earned almost 2-3 years salary of a SE. Day by day sale is in degrowth due to callousness of Local Manager. Lots of things just to show off like SAP, Bizom but from inside this company is empty. Lowest Salary structure with no any annual appraisal or increment process in this company. No such HR policies also. That's why After 6-7 years company is in degrowth position in Kolkata. Worst supply chain. I am sure very soon company will be sold or shut down business in West Bengal.

Salary will come on monthly basis till date no delay.

No appraisal for root level worker. It focus on its higher employees only. (Approx 65-70% profit used for focusing higher employees)Root level worker situation worst here.
