Because the management was in my period they were not suits the position at least. there was no sales policies, typical Lala policies were there. no after sale service once you sold the products. no innovation. no culture no attitude all mess.

There was no culture of products training, no career growth, appraisal so poor not according to your work. qualitative work no matter.
