Toxic Management | Toxic Culture | Bad Salary | No work-life balance/wfh | No job security They can fire you anytime for any reason. Not stable at all. It's been 3 years since they are delaying the product launch. Got nothing to learn from senior completely useless. No code review. Expert in playing with your mental health. And god forbid if you ever resign, HRs will treat you like an enemy or worse. Save yourself don't join this trauma center. Garbage codebase. Wasted my time here.

If you are an eat five star do nothing batch, I definitely not at all recommend you to join, and I'm sure your job is 100% at risk in this company, if not you can build your career in the best way here.

I believe that having a consistent option to perform my professional responsibilities from the comfort of my own home would greatly enhance my quality of life, reduce commuting stress, and increase overall productivity. A permanent remote work policy would provide me with the flexibility needed to balance personal and professional obligations, fostering a more efficient and satisfying work experience on a daily basis. This arrangement is not only appealing but a sensible adaptation for modern life.
