0ur first management was very good. After 3 yaers our previous MD left our company and hand it over to their close person it was poorr management and one who work honestly can't survive their. Because we come to company for work purpose not for time pass . One MD should know if he will keep staff happy instead of playing politics and touching that company never progress.Staff should always follow rule and regulation. But company should not strange and strict rule that you never seen in other companies.
