Too much of gyan, fake culture build up. No respect to IC role folks. Pathetic understanding of various marketing levers and more over struggling to hire out of box thinkers and crib about paying salary to employee face during discussions.

Too much emphasis on culture which is actually not that great and a little toxic. Indirect office politics Recently the job security is very low due to layoffs

!. You Can get quickly hired and retained and protected if youre a christian ! They have 15 HR's for barely 250 employees

! Poor vision ! The company is entirely a political organisation belonging to a party in tamilnadu

I like the employees, they are very cooperative and very well behaved.

Dislikes

I don't find the CEO, Mr. Suresh Sambandam upto the mark when it comes to technical knowledge. All he does is boss around the developers with his superficial vision of how the final product should be.

Likes

They care about the employee. For any freshers who are joining their first job, this is the best company to join and learn. CEO of the company is so much approachable even though the company is scaling well. Open minded environments who do not throw employees out if they fail, instead they will encourage and push them to succeed.

Dislikes

Some of the teams do not recognize the employee's contribution. Need a strong feedback of the employee to the manager, the manager should hear them out as constructive feedback. The kind of employees and skills they have they should think of promoting their own employees first to senior and leader roles instead of hiring a senior person. Please do provide some opportunity for the CAS and account manager to travel and meet the clients, this will only benefit the company.
