Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Good work environments & culture.Seniors are supporting regarding work.

Dislikes

Salary is very low as compared to work load. Company doesn't support in this pandemic like to get all the resources for everyone like providing laptop, internet etc.Some times partial behaviour

This company 95% of times leave us on time. Every Saturdays and Sundays there are holidays (some company doesn't have Saturday holidays). Notice period for leaving the company is also reasonable(doesn't pull you to work more than a month). Having good amount of 21 days paid leaves exclusive of 12 days festive leaves in a year also with reasonable packages as compared to other company for the same work

Dislikes

From making career perspective it is not that good company. No matter how many professional degrees you have. You will be paid like a graduate only. For professionals this is not the best place to work. As far as job security is concerned, if the owner of the company expires ( I wish it doesn't happen), then everyone will be unemployed all of the sudden.
