... process,no system, unskilled plant managers and Head's(No relevant experience). No Job security ,and salary structures too poor. Heavy pressure for all the employess including low grade employees. No timings ,and No OT's. Finally management decisions are too harsh. Please Enquire before joining to the company.

Worst management and HOD of R&D is very worst. Salary deductions are most common. Even for one month I didn't receive my complete salary. Career growth and skill development words are not in their dictionary.
