Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I am not recommended to any body to join this company because MD Mr. NL Verma and CEO Mr. Priyam Verma torture his employee always and when the any senior employee resign then both of them FIR against the employee and mental harras. Both of them torture me and my wife. There were so many things I write here but please I am requesting you don't join here anymore.

1. Working environment very poor 2. Weak management 3. Unjustified salary deduction 4. PF amount deducted by management but they do not credited to PF account 4. Employee satisfaction zero 5. Employee retention poor 6. Torture the employee
