Kirloskar the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest oracal softwear system. I love the fact. I also like the employee rehire policy heren

Dislikes

compensation is deven, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have work 12-18 hours straight in a day as I have attend client calls In the evening sometimes late into into the night.

very less work load due to lack of order further also suffer from brain drain and in current situation not a right place to work
