Disengaged from Team Members: The manager does not build relationships with their team, making them feel disconnected. Unnecessary Pressure: The manager places undue pressure on the team, which can create a stressful work environment. COMPANY PAID ALL EMPLOYEE FOR ALMOST 6-8 MONTHS FULL SLARY EVEN WITHOUT ANY WORK AND PRODUCTION OUTPUT.
