...ment is very poor. No market support and it's blank ideas to execute market. Low salary & huge traveling across region. Salary benifit is very poor and promotion is not expected.

...you working in this organisation your skills and Expectations grow not possible. On time salary and travel claims we get, but We are not able to Grow.

Dislikes

Traveling is too much not only face myself, others suffer travel base location to different area within State. But unmarried person can easily manage but family person get difficult. Carreer also we are not able to Grow, waste our time and lots of energy loss while Travelling. Salary appraisal very poor. If not able to complete your notice period 90 Days, HR will not be settled and Pay & Go..... Policy.

Everything in the TPO devision of KOEL is VERY DISGUSTING except salary on time. Too much work pressure as well as mental torture by RSM. No Job security, no incentive, no time bound. RSM creates TREMENDOUS PRESSURE even on Holidays/weekends/paid leaves. I didn't get any kind of product knowledge since I joined & this's the first company I've seen, increasing sales target EVERY MONTH.
