Developed 5 seniors engineers to take care of shifts and developed 40 trainees in order to smooth running of machines. Excellent knowledge in programming of robotics.

I compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is normal.I do receive appreciation by our clients and also from our customers but they mostly unnoticed during my appraisal .

Canteen facility, guest house ismt club membership, activity etc. Safety.

Work culture, management, job duration etc. No overtime, no extra leave, work load less salary. Less manpower, poor automation etc.

The behavior of the above officials is not right. The way they talk hurts everyone and the monthly salary here is low.
