Salary less Promotion less No work life balance Human nature is poor Not understanding employee feelings No enjoyment in working No enhancement games and other activity carried out. Attractive environment no trees dull environment to work. Feels like came into jail for work

Canteen facility, guest house ismt club membership, activity etc. Safety.

Dislikes

Work culture, management, job duration etc. No overtime, no extra leave, work load less salary. Less manpower, poor automation etc.

Always mativational support for enhansing to develop technical as well as personal skill, new learnings from our senior mgmt. Decision making.

Dislikes

Need to Improve work culture. Proper way of appraisals corelate with annual salary increament also annual increament should do in time.

First off all thanks to Kirloskar for giving me an opportunity to work with this organization. Good environment to work.The management always support us to share our ideas and also help us to develop new things. I very much happy to work here.

I compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is normal.I do receive appreciation by our clients and also from our customers but they mostly unnoticed during my appraisal .

The freedom they have provided is really appreciable..there is lot of scope to learn things..good support from the subordinates..I really feel great to be a part KFIL. Wonderful company to learn, to growth both professionally, personally n socially.

Food n salary is not up to the mark.
