Old Staffs are good and supportive

...respect for them who works for betterment of company. No or very little growth. Engineers working from last 8 to 10 years are getting less salary then freshers now a days.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Pretty good for entry level.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Only Salary part............as i am a trainee at that time, I have been paid with only Rs. 2000 stipend P.M

I never felt working as an employee. It was like a family we were all one with unity with respect in the market wherever I go it was kec I enjoyed working 15 years joined as jr engineer and heading psg division as a Manager. I loved working with KEC

Nothing. I lost my money 10000 for this company.

I got call from this company and told me that I was selected then they ask me to pay 7500 as initial amount and after did not response to call or messages then I told them clearly that refund my money but they are not at all hearing any words always asking the money from candidate.. It is very bad impression for job seeker to join this company.
