Great top management from MD level. Company located far away from city so work life balance is less.

Worst higher authorities. Managers are behaving like boss there is no leaders. There is no employee welfare. Strict timing Late coming deductions. There is no supportive environment Right from security to HR.

Nothing is good for this company. Everything about politics , nobody is there to listen you. No work life balance, no strong HR system. Manual work. Attrition is 100% for HR department.
