1) Politics and bad management / decision making at higher management level. 2) Job security . Anyone can get fired any time. 3) No prospect or steps taken to grow company. They still follow draconian era policies 4) lots of inter departmental interference. 5) No work flexibility.

Great top management from MD level. Company located far away from city so work life balance is less.

Worst higher authorities. Managers are behaving like boss there is no leaders. There is no employee welfare. Strict timing Late coming deductions. There is no supportive environment Right from security to HR.
